Our first meeting in Glyndwr's brand new Creative Industries Centre, with a state-of-the-art Apple lab. Dan, Claire, and Chris set tasks and get everyone busy reviewing the animatic, starting puppet rigging in After Effects, drawing needed artwork...
"We're going to animate a comic strip of Dan, where he acts as the host of a cooking show, in this episdoe making a delectable lasagna. He must overcome the objections of an italian soundman, a runaway chicken, a helpful but clueless cameraman, his american personal trainer who has a thing about fatty food, and the high standards of his mentor, Chef Fouquet."

"We have a soundtrack recorded by Dan's brother Simon, and his audio partner in crime, Tim Barnes. We will do about 5 minutes of animation over the next ten days."
Claire, wearing Dan's glasses because hers didn't make the cross-Channel trip.
